Starchitect, Zaha Hadid’s latest design for an eleven-story condo at 520 West 28th Street, next to The Highline, and is also a just few doors down from the landmark leather bar, The Eagle at 554.

520 shares a few attributes with The Eagle’s patrons as well: It’s muscular, sexy, wears black well, and likes to show off in public. The building site is now just a razor-wire-enclosed scrapyard, but Ms. Hadid’s new plan, her first in New York City, promises to share the street well with all of the other burly buildings on the block.
