Friends In Deed’s 2014 Photographers For Friends Benefit and Auction will held on March 25th at the Dream Downtown in New York City. Co-Chairs Andy Cohen and Anderson Cooper, and their famous (and non-famous) friends will be there, in word and deed. There’ll be cocktails, a silent and a live auction of great photography like this shot of Lady Gaga by Inez and Vinoodh. The proceeds of these sales directly support FID’s mission to serve anyone whose life has been impacted by HIV, cancer and all life-threatening illnesses, caregiving and grief. It’s a great cause that I’ve contributed to with artwork and also bought some great prints over the years. Not that you buy art or contribute to charity for any selfish reasons, but I will say I’ve gotten some DEALS here, that have appreciated considerably.
