At Kellogg’s new Cereal Café in New York City, you can find menu items like Froot Loops paired with mini marshmallows and passion fruit jam. Bowls of Corn Pops are breakfast served anytime. 7 AM to 11 PM.
How about Special K served with Frosted Flakes, pistachios, lemon zest and thyme? Rice Krispies with green tea powder and fresh strawberries? Of course there are milk options. Customers can choose between whole milk, skim milk, soy milk, plain yogurt and even soft-serve ice cream!
Christina Tosi, the founder of the Momofuku Milk Bar dessert shops, who created the recipes for the Kellogg’s cafe says,
“More chefs are realizing that great dishes are typically those that tap into people’s food memories.“
You can even get the latest cereal by Kellogg’s, Tiny Toast which just launched. No doubt this is served with a dollop of organic raspberry jam.
